At the beginning of 2025, we opened our 50th location. 50 – a number that was only possible because we have a team that ticks differently. A team that swam against the current 50 times. Turned “can’t be done” into “we’ll do it” 50 times. Showed 50 times that doers achieve more than meeting marathoners. Proved 50 times that we have no patience for mediocrity. 

Our expansion is no coincidence: it’s built on the idea of doing things differently. Every new location is proof that courage and commitment achieve more than standard solutions.

50 locations don’t just happen by twiddling thumbs. They happen because of people like Terry, who didn’t just come up with the idea of placeB, but actually kicked it off. Or Tobi, who in the beginning took care of financial plans, supported customers on the side, and is now our CEO because he stepped up.

Dario? He annoyed us until we finally hired him. At first, he only worked part-time in customer service – today, he’s Head of Finance & Controlling. Nico came back to us after a short break because he missed the placeB groove – now, as a project manager, he and Khalil are rolling out one location after another. Tim runs our marketing and makes sure more and more people know about placeB.

Noëmi and Melchior make sure every day that customers across our 50+ locations get the support they need. Milan pushes our development forward and turns our expansion plans into an unforgettable adventure. Karin draws up plans and wins over the building authorities. And when things get tricky, Lukas is our guy – he puts out the fire and gets the project back on track.
