• Analysis of the market potential of new regions
• Identification of new locations
• Evaluation and selection of sites
• Contract negotiations with the real estate owners
• Project management for the creation of the new locations
• Coordination and supervision of construction projects
• Handover of the newly created sites for regular operation

Your profile:

• Mature personality
• Commercial education and training
• Practice in the real estate industry is an advantage
• Negotiation and conclusion safe
• High level of commitment and independence
• Persuasiveness and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of German, English and French
