The price of storage space ranges from 10 to 40 francs per cubic meter. The cost depends on several factors:

• Room size
• Location: In the agglomeration of a city, a room is cheaper than in the city center
• Availability: The last free space of a certain size always costs a little more. Therefore, it may happen that, for example, a certain storage unit is cheaper than the next smaller one.
• Minimum rental period: The longer you rent your storage space, the more discount you get.
• Best Price Guarantee: placeB guarantees the best price. If you find a comparable offer in the region with better conditions, you can let us know. Then we will adjust our price.
• By the way: you don't have to make a deposit with placeB and we don't charge any additional hidden fees. Only for the payment by invoice we have to charge you CHF 5. But you have the possibility to pay for free with your credit card.

You don't have to decide in advance how long you need the storage box. The storage box belongs to you until you cancel.

Minimum rental period You can specify a minimum rental period when booking your box. Depending on the minimum rental period, our system will charge you a discount:

• for 3 months there is a 5% discount
• for 6 months you get 10% discount
• for 12 months there is a 15% discount

The storage box is yours until you terminate At the end of the minimum rental period, your contract will automatically be extended by one month, and you will continue to benefit from the rental period discount. The storage box is yours until you cancel the contract. You can cancel the contract at the end of the contract month, even on the last day. For example, if your contract runs until August 15, you can cancel it on August 15. Please note that you must empty your box by midnight. If you do not terminate, your contract will be extended until 15 September.
