If the desired storage box is too small, you can contact customer service by telephone or app and they will open the free, larger storage boxes manually for inspection without being on site. Once you have decided which box it should be, it is activated on your own app. The administration (contract, invoicing, etc.) of the booked storage box also works perfectly. Access to the storage boxes can be controlled via the placeB App. Every necessary door, lift or even the transport trolley, if you need it, will be activated by the app. I am enthusiastic and recommend it to everyone who needs a suitable storage or stowage option for a short or long period of time.
